2022 Fall Festivals in Greater Gainesville

Pumpkins, scarecrows and…bats? These local fall festivals are the perfect autumn activity, whether it be a family outing or a fun afternoon with friends.

 

Coon Hollo Fall Festival

When: October 8 – November 7, Saturdays and Sundays only

Where: Coon Hollo, Micanopy

Cost: $12.50, kids 3 and under free

The Coon Hollo Family Farm invites guests each weekend to an old-fashioned fall festival that will feature hayrides, pig races, putt putt golf, archery, pony rides and so much more.

 

Haile Oktoberfest

When: Friday, October 14, 5 p.m. – 10 p.m.

Where: Haile Village Center

Cost: Free

Join all the fantastic vendors, stores, offices, & residents of the Haile Village Center for the 21st annual Oktoberfest!

Fun for the whole family and enough room to enjoy brats and beer at the charming Haile Village Center.

This year they’ll have all your favorite Haile Village Center food and drink vendors along with your favorite local Food Trucks. They’ll also have the usual 5 bands, 3 bounce houses, face painting, along with plenty of other family friendly activities including the highly anticipated performance by Danscompany.

 

Lubee Bat Festival

When: Saturday, October 22, 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Where: Lubee Bat Conservancy, Gainesville

Cost: $8/adult, $5/child, $28 for beer garden

Come celebrate Halloween’s favorite mascot at this fall festival that benefits the Lubee Bat Conservancy. The festival will feature local artisans, food trucks, a kid’s zone and a beer garden serving Florida craft beer.

 

47th Annual Micanopy Fall Festival

When: Saturday, October 29 – Sunday, October 30

Where: Micanopy Historic District, Micanopy

Cost: Free

Grab the wholefamily and visit the quaint, but scenic, town of Micanopy where autumn comes alive. Browse through booths set up by local vendors, listen to live music and participate in an antique auction.

 

Alachua Main Street Harvest Festival

When: Sunday, November 13

Where: Downtown Mainstreet, Alachua

Join the fall fun on Main Street at this family-friendly event. The festival will feature food and art vendors, children’s activities and local music.

 

41st Annual Downtown Festival & Art Show

When: Saturday, November 19 – Sunday, November 20, 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Where: The streets surrounding Bo Diddley Plaza, Gainesville

Cost: Free
