We were pleased with the overall quality and professionalism of each general construction firm that submitted proposals, and wish to thank all involved for their time and effort.  However, CPPI’s level of professionalism, expertise, pre-construction knowledge, local experience, and quality of previous work completed for Trimark Properties were invaluable in helping to make our decision to partner once again with CPPI.” He added that Trimark is currently in lease negotiations with several tenants and that CPPI is set to break ground in the third quarter of this year.
