Tricia Garzon always knew she wanted to help people and make a difference. She began her collegiate career on a path to healthcare, but soon learned – after working in an advertising agency to put herself through school – that there were many platforms to service others.
After graduating with a public relations degree from the University of Florida, she embarked upon her now 18-year journey in the world of advertising, providing quality marketing and advertising services to clients in a range of industries. In 2011, she launched the JAG Agency, a full-service advertising and marketing communications firm to help companies develop, improve and maintain brand and image, while effectively reaching target markets.
“If you’re in business, you’re in advertising,” Garzon explained. “However, building, maintaining and communicating the message for your brand of product or service is a full-time job in and of itself. That’s where we come in. We handle the marketing and advertising side of your business so you can focus on running your business.”
JAG provides its clients with market research and strategy development; logo and brand development; television, radio and print advertising production and placement; online advertising services including search engine optimization, social media management and website design; and public relations campaigns.
The agency prides itself on its commitment to personal and exclusive service. An example of that, Garzon said, are the limited partnerships the agency forms, when possible, with clients—as opposed to serving multiple clients in the same industry.
“In the busy world we live in today, business owners need efficiency, reliability and results— basically someone they can count on to do what they say they will do,” she continued. “As the owner, I am involved and hands on with each and every client.”
