Front Street Commercial Real Estate Group and Keith Crutcher have formed a partnership to start a commercial and multifamily property management group within the Front Street brand. Crutcher, the firm’s Managing Director of Property Management, will lead Front Street’s initiative to grow its management business in markets throughout North Central Florida.

Crutcher has over 25 years of diversified commercial real estate experience throughout the southeastern United States. Most recently he served 19 years as the president of Gainesville Real Estate Management Company (GREMCO) where he oversaw the management and development of nearly 150,000 square feet of commercial space. While at GREMCO, Crutcher was the general partner for over 1,200 multifamily units including two development projects for a total of 215 units valued at over $22 million. He has served as the president and treasurer of the Gainesville Apartment Association and has deep ties to the community through United Way of North Central Florida and Grace United Methodist Church.
