Infotech®, a leader in infrastructure construction software solutions and expert statistical and econometric consulting services, has been ranked the No. 13 Large Company in the Best Companies To Work For program by Florida Trend, according to an Infotech press release on Tuesday. The company rose eight spots from 2021 rankings. This is the fifth consecutive year Infotech has earned a spot on the Best Companies list.Florida Trend annually ranks the top 100 companies in small, medium and large employer categories. Infotech was ranked among the large employer category, which includes companies with more than 250 employees. To be considered as a possible Best Company, companies underwent an evaluation of their workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. The process also included a survey to measure employee satisfaction. The combined scores determined the top companies and final rankings.“Our people are at the heart of what we do at Infotech. We engage our employees where they are, and that has given us the opportunity to grow and adapt in tremendous ways as we embrace our flexible-first work environment and culture,” Tara Blythe, Infotech’s Chief People Officer, shared. “As our world changes, our people have continued to shift right along with us. This award – and the accomplishment of rising eight spots this year – belongs to each and every one of our employees.”Florida Trend is not the only one taking notice of the culture and success at Infotech. Just last year, the company was named the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Business of the Year by the Gainesville Chamber for the second time since the award’s inception.
