Front Street Commercial Real Estate Group announced the hiring of Chris Rehmet as Director in Orlando as well as two new Associate Directors in South Florida, Andrea Cockerham and Adam Sporrer.

Chris Rehmet will lead Front Street’s expansion into Central and South Florida. Banks added, “Chris’s background and level of experience in leasing, management, and development will be a tremendous asset as we continue to expand our brokerage platform throughout the state.”
Prior to joining Front Street, Chris was responsible for directing the leasing efforts for properties in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Illinois, New York, Michigan, Virginia and Kentucky for clients including TIAA-CREF, GE Capital, Merrill Lynch, Paradise Development, as well as numerous local and individual owners. He’s also had experience managing a property portfolio of over 80 shopping centers throughout Florida, ranging from Miami to Fort Walton Beach.
