Gainesville, Florida – On Tuesday, January 29th, the Gainesville-Alachua County Association of Realtors® (GACAR) honored Todd Louis as its 2018 Realtor® of the Year. Louis is a Vice President for Tommy Williams Homes and is celebrating his 18th year as a Realtor®.
The Realtor® of the Year award was presented at the local association’s LAUNCH Leadership Summit at Trinity United Methodist Church with close to 600 people in attendance.
GACAR has presented the Realtor® of the Year award for more than 30 years. Recipients are selected on ethics, character, and personality to be honored as the Realtor® member who demonstrated continued personal involvement and support of GACAR and the real estate profession at a local, state, and national level.
Louis has served on the GACAR Board of Directors, with his devotion and passion for education leading him to chair several committees including Grievance, Professional Standards, and Professional Development. He is the mastermind behind the LAUNCH Leadership Summit and is constantly going above and beyond to deliver meaningful and informative learning opportunities for new and old Realtors® alike. President Swanson said, “It was a pleasure to present the Award to Todd at this tremendous event he has cultivated.”
Louis has been a remarkable asset to his association, truly paying forward into his industry. GACAR is honored to name him 2018 Realtor® of the Year.
