Susan Crowley, Assistant Vice President for Community Relations
University of Florida
Susan Crowley is the very proud mother of three wonderful children and the grandmother of three even more amazing grandchildren. In addition, she is the University of Florida assistant vice president for community relations. In this role, she serves as a link between the university and the North Central Florida government and business communities.
As the daughter of an Air Force colonel and fighter pilot, Susan spent her life on the move. She was born in New Mexico, moved every few years, and attended high school in Alaska and the Philippines. She finally put down roots when she arrived at the University of Florida, met her late husband, Tom, and they decided to stay in Gainesville after graduation. Gainesville became the hometown Susan never had.
