Natalya Bannister, Executive Director

Natalya received a Bachelor’s degree Cum Laude in Family Youth and Community Sciences and a Master’s Degree in Health Education and Behavioral Science, both from University of Florida.
Natalya discovered her passion for youth as an intern at the Boys & Girls Club where she decided to skip law school to follow her immense passion for serving youth in need. Natalya currently serves as the Executive Director of Pace Center for Girls, an organization that transforms the lives at-promise girls who need it most in our community through a holistic approach of academic assistance and counseling support. Natalya succeeded founding Executive Director, Kathie Southwick, who retired in 2014.
