SumTotal Talent Expansion Applications Enable High-Performance Organization at City of Danville

The City of Danville, which Industry Week Magazine named one of the Top 25 World Class Communities, encompasses 13 departments that provide services ranging from public safety and utilities to mass transit and parks and recreation. The city has been using the SumTotal Learn solution since 2011 and added performance management last year. According to Organizational Development Consultant, Eddy Parham, the addition of SumTotal’s compensation and analytics solutions will enable the creation of a pay-for-performance culture that aligns with the city council’s vision for the community.
