GOOD Inc. (Good Ol’ Original Design Inc.) is a product design company run by UF engineering graduates. Their mission is to offer real-world opportunities to students and bring products to the world that add value to customers’ everyday lives. They have released an app called TXT TAG, moved through Founders Pad and HackerHouse and now reside at Starter Space, where they are developing the world’s first Smart Pet Feeder designed for homes with multiple pets. Their 3D printer enables them to rapidly dream up, design and realize any part necessary for their products. GOOD Inc. is out to do good in various ways, including IT support, e-book publishing and even distribution of “Delightfully Ahh-Peeling Frozen Bananas.” In addition to internal development, GOOD Inc. offers contract engineering work to the general public; availability is limited, but expertise is not.
