Pull out those dirndls and lederhosens and grab a mug — it is Oktoberfest

 

Swamp Head Brewery

There will be no waiting around at Swamp Head. Oktoberfest festivities begin the very first of the month. at 4 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 1, and it cannot be missed. Be sure to pregame with snacks like sausages and fresh pretzels from Stubbie’s pop-up and Upper Crust.

Looking for the proper drinkware to complete the Oktoberfest attire? Swamp Head will be selling 1-liter steins, perfect for sipping this year’s Oktoberfest lager.

 

First Magnitude Brewing Company

First Magnitude will throw its annual Oktoberfest bash from noon to 11 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 2. In addition to a spread of newly released beers, they will host a live brass band and German-style snacks from Stubbie’s pop-up sausages and Humble Wood Fire.

Cannot bear to miss out on the Florida-Kentucky game? Not to worry, First Magnitude will be streaming the game on the big screen. Prost, but also, go Gators, of course.

 

Cypress and Grove Brewing Company

Cypress and Grove microbrewery will host Oktoberfest this Saturday, Oct. 2 from noon to 10 p.m. Bring the family along for a new selection of beers, food trucks and tons of outdoor games. With plenty of seating out on the lawn, Cypress and Grove is a perfect space to socially distance while enjoying a beer, or three.

 

Audi Gainesville

Oktoberfest is far from over this weekend — it has only begun. Keep the good times rolling with Audi Gainesville, located at 1920 N. Main St., for its third annual Oktoberfest celebration Saturday, Oct. 19 at 10 a.m. With beer brats, beer gardens and pretzels, oh my — it is going to be a celebration to remember for the entire family. If that is not enough, Audi Gainesville will fly in a band from Munich — so yes, they mean business.

Proceeds from this event will be donated to the Ronald McDonald House Charities.
