Jessica Ayers recently joined the Builders Association of North Central Florida (BANCF) team as Director of Membership Services. She will work to both increase the organization’s membership base and promote membership services.

“I am excited for the opportunity to be a part of building a better future for Gainesville and Florida,” she said.

Alicia Antone joined the City of Gainesville Parks, Recreation and Cultural Affairs Department as its new development and partnership program coordinator.

Douglas Pratt joined the Front Street Commercial Real Estate Group as director of capital markets. He brings 18 years of commercial real estate experience and industry relationships that will help meet every client’s needs.

Julia A. Conway D.V.M

Julia A. Conway, D.V.M., was named veterinary medical admissions director at the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine. She will oversee admissions and recruitment for the college, where she has previously worked as a clinical assistant professor with a focus on dermatopathology.

Krista Mitchell Cornell joined the American Heart Association as the new regional fundraising director. She brings a wealth of experience in fundraising after working in development at Haven Hospice and Meridian Behavioral Healthcare.
