Gainesville Health and Fitness shares tips on company health

The third Company Lifestyle event is Friday, January 10 from 7:30 – 9:00 a.m.
GAINESVILLE — Start the New Year with Joe Cirulli, CEO and Founder of Gainesville Health and Fitness, as he talks about the power of focusing an entire organization, finding people who fit your company’s culture, developing reward systems and creating an enduring brand. On January 10, from 7:30 – 9:00 a.m., Cirulli will share his personal story of overcoming adversity with optimism. At age 24 with only $1,700 he started a business; today Gainesville Health and Fitness is one of the more well-known health clubs in the world.
FloridaWorks, in collaboration with the Gainesville Area Chamber of Commerce, is hosting the Company Lifestyle series for employers to increase employee recruitment and retention efforts. These workshops are for employers to discuss strategies to enhance company culture, address issues in the workplace and establish a network of support. Business owners interested in learning from other companies with successful corporate cultures are invited to attend.
Stay on the lookout for the next Company Lifestyle event in February to conclude the series.
All sessions are held at the Gainesville Area Chamber of Commerce, 300 E. University Ave. This free-of-charge event is open to all businesses (both Chamber members and non-members). For questions or to RSVP, companies can email [email protected].
Breakfast is provided courtesy of Beef ‘O’ Brady’s, 43rd Street Millhopper.
