Dads & Daughters

Screen Shot 2014-06-04 at 2.44.54 PMGrowing up, I played tennis with my father every Saturday — rain or shine. He was ultra-competitive but also incredibly patient. As a 7-year-old, rail-thin little girl, I would swing my racket around in dizzying frustration because I could never hit the ball, but he continued to patiently coach me, and I eventually made contact. On the court, my father taught me many great life lessons. But most importantly, it was our time — our bonding time.

In honor of Father’s Day, HOME is featuring dads and daughters who — even as adults — spend quality time hunting, biking, snorkeling, golfing and working out together.

Bryan and Heather Nazworth not only spend time together hunting, but they also run a family business, Quality Design Works. Bryan has taken Heather hunting since she was a little girl.
