Charles Perry Partners, Inc. (CPPI) announces the retirement of Chairman and Principal Breck Weingart, following an impressive 42-year tenure with the family-run construction company. Weingart will be succeeded in leadership by Brian Leslie.
Although stepping down from ownership, Weingart will continue to contribute to CPPI in an advisory capacity. Principals Brian Leslie, Vinnie Moreschi, and Jason Morgan will continue to lead the company, ensuring seamless continuity in CPPI’s daily operations for both employees and clients.
Reflecting on his career, Breck remarks, “There are no words I could possibly utter to express the profound journey that I’ve experienced over the last 42 years.” Hired by founder Charles R. “Chuck” Perry as a young man in the 1980s, Breck experienced great leadership, mentorship, partnership, and a wonderful friendship with Chuck throughout his career at CPPI.
Even in retirement, Breck remains committed to supporting CPPI and mentoring its members. He has always believed in two guiding principles: you are only as good as the people you surround yourself with, and treat others with the respect and kindness you hope to receive. “These principles are engrained in CPPI’s core,” emphasizes CPPI president Brian Leslie. “We wouldn’t be where we are today without Breck, and we are immensely grateful for his exceptional leadership and mentorship, which continue to inspire us all.”
Exciting things are continuing to happen at CPPI, stay tuned!
