Celebration Pointe Adds 9 New Tenants

Celebration Pointe announced May 19 that nine tenants will move into this regional destination for entertainment, dining, shopping and personal services.

“Many of the newly announced businesses will be open in time for this fall’s grand opening of the first phase of the development’s Main Street, known as City Walk,” said Ralph Conti, co-managing member of Celebration Pointe Development Partners.

“We expect to make more announcements soon,” he said. “I’m bursting at the seams to share more tenant news. We have some marquee retailers coming into the project.”

The announcements for the live, work and play community west of I-75 and north of Archer Road include new locations for local restaurants Liquid Ginger and Reggae Shack Café.

Other new food and beverage tenants will include:

• MidiCi Pizza

• Liquid Ginger Restaurant

• Miller’s Ale House

• Reggae Shack Cafe

• Kilwins Quality Confections

• Lee Nails

• Azulene Day Spa

• Uniform Destination

• *Anonymous Bar & Grill* (Name undisclosed)

Kilwins Quality Confections, Lee Nails and Azulene Day Spa will offer consumers places to indulge themselves. Rounding out the group is Uniform Destination.

“This group we just announced represents not only many first-to-market tenants but also several well-established local and regional tenants who have chosen Celebration Pointe to expand and advance their business platforms into the future,” said Denny Moore, Celebration Pointe’s director of retail leasing.

“Many drivers are discovering the bridge that Celebration Pointe built, which provides an alternative to a highly-congested Archer Road on the east side of I-75,” he said. “You can avoid about six traffic lights and cut commuting time nearly in half by using the bridge. It’s a great piece of public infrastructure that addresses multi-modal uses.”
