Question: “What does leadership mean to you?”
“Leadership is about knowing yourself and sharing yourself with others in an effort to build relationships and enable others to do the same. It requires a balance of valuing the past, engaging in the present and casting for the future. Leaders must learn to lead themselves first and learn to live in the vulnerability and tension associated with being authentic. We all have the ability to impact change as leaders and followers if we are intentional wherever we go.”
