Get the recognition your remarkable company deserves—now more than ever.

Great entrepreneurs embrace change. So it’s no surprise that entrepreneurial organizations are redefining what it means to be a great workplace.

Not that long ago, the term “best workplace” might have called to mind an open-office design with a stocked fridge and mindfulness pods. But now that work is remote for many firms, “best workplaces” means having the best company culture, whether a team operates in a physical or a virtual facility.

CCM’s Best Places to Work, awards the company cultures that thrive in the face of adversity. Cultures that, in response to a pandemic, redefine the workplace and continue to enrich it. Cultures that foster employee growth and advancement at all levels. Cultures that make their company truly worthy of being named one of the Best Places to Work.

The Best Places to Work survey measures key areas that make up an organization’s culture. These range from compensation and benefits to trust in senior leadership. The survey also measures the level of engagement exhibited by employees, known as employee engagement.

Apply today to be recognized as a place where people love to work, one that sets the standard for excellence in company culture. All applicants will receive a valuable company-overview report offering actionable insights on your company’s strength.

  2. Participants may purchase a package of their survey results. Prices for packages are based on the size of the company.

How are the Best Places to Work winners determined?

All Best Places to Work winners are determined exclusively on the basis of their employees’ responses to the Best Places to Work Survey. Employee responses from the 30 standard survey questions, along with the number of employees that respond to the survey, are calculated to determine the company’s overall score and ranking.

Can my company customize the employee survey?

Yes, you may add questions or demographics to the survey to enhance your survey results. Fees for customized surveys vary. Please contact us at [email protected] for more information about custom surveys. Customizations do not affect the way your results are scored for the purpose of the competition. Custom questions and non-market employees are excluded from the calculations.

How is the survey distributed to my employees?

The contact person at your company will facilitate the survey invitations for your employees. There are several options available for distribution.

  • Email employees the unique survey link by uploading employee email addresses into the Quantum Workplace portal.
  • Employees without an email address can be invited by hand delivering them a unique survey link.
  • Paper surveys are available to employees without access to a computer. Please note, there is a nominal fee to process paper surveys and the paper survey deadline precedes the online survey deadline.

What if my employees do not have access to a computer?

Paper surveys are available at a cost of $2 per submitted survey. A company may use a combination of paper and online surveys for their employees. Data entry of paper surveys must be conducted by Quantum Workplace.

Is the survey confidential?

The Quantum Workplace employee survey is strictly confidential. Companies will have access to survey results at the aggregate level to help you understand and build engagement.

Do all of the employees at my company need to complete the survey?

All eligible employees must be invited to take the survey. • 151 – 500 = 50%
  • 501 – 1,000 = 30%
  • 1,001 – 3,000 = 15%
  • 3,001 – 5,000 = 8%
  • More than 5,000 = 5%
