The days of the term incubator being synonymous with tech companies are long behind us. While formerly a very technologically driven industry, the International Business Innovation Association has reported that, of the 1,500 plus incubators that can be found in the country, a vastly increasing number of new incubators have entered the scene gearing their focus on business development in non-traditional areas. From culinary to art and design, incubators all over the world are diversifying their portfolios to include even the smallest of industries.
